PADI JUNIOR Open Water Course

The world’s most popular 'learn to dive' class taught by PADI instructors.

Get started underwater with this basic beginner SCUBA program. Focussed on flexibility with online theory and aimed at those wanting to complete their certification over 3 days of intensive learning.

• Heated Private Pool Session
• 2 Shore Dives
• 2 Boat Dives

• Must be able to swim 200m and float for 10 minutes unassisted
• Ages 12-14 (for 15+, see Open Water Diver)
• Complete the Medical questionnaire

Itinerary

Day 1

Meet your instructor, run through some dive theory, and into the pool! We begin at 9am and finish around 5pm. You will practice the skills in the shallow water to get you ready for the beach. 

Breathing underwater for the first time is something you’ll never forget! 

Day 2

We begin at 9am and finish before 5pm. We head to our training site at Port Noarlunga to go over the skills you've practiced in the pool and checking out what the local beach dives have to offer.  

Day 3

The final day is on board one of our custom dive boats, exploring the local reefs and maybe a shipwreck! Two dives from the boat, times change with the tides, but typically take 6 hours from the start time, so a 9am boat ay will be complete by 3pm.
