PADI - Basic Freediver

PADI Basic Freediver course is a great first step to developing solid freediving skills, and is a section of the full PADI Freediver Course.

This is for people wanting to give freediving a try and develop the basic skills to improve their time underwater, but are not ready to invest in the entire course (such as purchasing a wetsuit and going to Kilsby Sinkhole). This is also great for all ages, but especially ages 12 to 17 as Kilsby Sinkhole has a minimum freedive age of 18 years old.  It focuses on the theory, plus breath hold techniques, and rescue techniques. You will need your own mask, fins and snorkel for this course.

Our Basic Freediver course is $299, and includes Online Learning, theory session, plus practical pool sessions, and is run over two evenings in conjunction wtih our full Freediver Course!
